Parasailing West Palm Beach

Try something out of the ordinary by parasailing over West Palm Beach! This is an exciting activity to spice up normal life or to experience everything the area has to offer while on vacation. During your parasailing tour, you’re held by a harness as your canopy wing floats in the wind, pulled by a boat on the water. While you’re up in the sky, see if you can catch sight of dolphins, stingrays and fish through the clear blue water.

This watersport offers the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. You gently float in a safe harness that pulls you along, giving you the chance to sit back and have a zen experience. Yet when you come back to your senses and realize that you’re flying through the sky, your heart will beat with excitement!

Parasailing in West Palm Beach is one of the best ways to explore this popular part of South Florida. From your vantage point up above the water, you’ll get great views of the coastline, local city life and the endless blue of the ocean and this sunny state’s vibrant blue skies. Rather than just experience South Florida from the ground, make sure you take advantage of this incredible experience to see it from the sky! And even better, you’ll get an open air floating experience that’s like flying through the air with the birds.

FAQ's

Q: Do I need to know how to swim?
A: No, both the take-off and landings are done from a platform on the back of the boat. In the unlikely event of a boat malfunction, the chute will gently drift the flyers down to the water where your mandatory life jackets will keep you afloat.

Q: Will I get wet?
A: Not if you don’t want to. It is your choice as a flyer if you’d like to dip your feet in the water before safely landing on the platform. If you do not wish to touch the water at all, please ask the captain for a dry landing.

Q: Do I need to have any prior experience?
A: No prior experience is needed. If you can sit down and relax, you can parasail!

Q: How many people can parasail at the same time?
A: Our safety equipment allows for 2-3 people to fly side by side.

Q: Can I bring my own camera while I am flying?
A: Yes you can at your own risk. We have seen many cameras and phones find a new home at the bottom of the sea. We offer a photo package for just $35 if you’d like to be on the safer side. We are not held liable for any lost property while you are parasailing.

Q: Should I tip the crew?
A: Absolutely, all of our captain and crew’s income is primarily based on gratuity. If you have enjoyed your trip please don’t forget about the crew.

Q: Is there an age requirement for parasailing?
A: Any child must be at least 6 years of age to parasail. Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children 16-18 may be unaccompanied while on the parasailing trip as long as they bring a valid photo ID and have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the waiver.

Q: Can I ride on the boat if I am not going to fly?
A: Yes, we do offer a spectator price of $30. This is based on availability.

Q: Can I go if I am Pregnant?
A: We allow women in their first trimester to parasail at their discretion. After the first trimester we believe it would be safest to parasail after the baby is born.
